Family Law and Dispute Resolution and Mediation (Parenting and Property)

Line white
Family law can be one of the more stressful and complicated situations and disputes our clients go through, especially if children are involved. We're ready and willing to guide our clients through the mediation process and provide a safe environment and an impartial third party to help both parties come to an agreement.
Prior to mediation each person will meet with one of our team to discuss their concerns, the ongoing issues that are creating conflict and what they hope to achieve with mediation. During a mediation session, we will host the disputing parties and guide the conversation to help them explore possible options for dispute resolution. We'll help you reach an agreeable resolution in situations like parenting arrangements or a property settlement. Mediation is typically faster than a family court, it's confidential, fair, and it can save you on excess court costs. You'll also have someone who is there to provide support in a safe environment so both parties can comfortably participate and share their views and discuss possible options so that an agreement can be reached.

Workplace Disputes and Resolutions

Line yellow
Conflict in the workplace can emerge for many reasons including structural issues, cultural issues, the introduction of change to organisational strategy or simply a clash of personalities. We work with both the employer and employee to find resolve in the issues causing concern. Sometimes, you can't resolve things on your own and you need an impartial third party to guide the conversation. We can provide this safe environment and a professional, impartial third party.

Wills and Estate Disputes and Resolution

Line white
A death in the family can be a trying and chaotic time, and disputes over wills and estates are common. The settlement of wills and estates can be stressful for all involved. Sometimes there is no will and often wills are written in a way that lacks the clarity that the Executor needs. We apply a mediation model to assist parties to resolve their disputes and allow the space that is needed to process grief and loss. We help you to collaborate or negotiate with each other in order to make decisions.
